Aloma Edem

Principal Attorney & Founder

With over 25 years of legal experience, Aloma founded the firm with a vision to transform legal services in Togo. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and international business transactions. Aloma has successfully represented multinational corporations and advised on some of the most significant business deals in the region.

He holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris and is a member of the Togolese Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Teou Teou Hodabalo

Senior Partner

Patrick is a renowned litigator with an exceptional track record in complex commercial disputes and criminal defense. Over his 20-year career, he has successfully represented clients before all levels of Togolese courts and international arbitration panels. His strategic thinking and persuasive advocacy have earned him recognition as one of Togo's leading trial attorneys.

He earned his law degree from the University of Lomé and completed advanced litigation training at the London School of Law. Patrick is also a certified arbitrator and mediator.
